Civil Site Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil and structural works (substructure and superstructure) for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to authority requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for inspections and daily activities
• Raise inspection requests (IRs) and follow up for approvals from the Consultant team
• Issue site observations and report non-conformances to ensure timely corrective actions
• Verify materials and workmanship meet approved standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inspection records
• Support the Resident Engineer in day-to-day supervision and project coordination
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes
• Supervise piling and shoring works in accordance with project specifications

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural supervision
• At least 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in Dubai
• Strong experience in consultant-side supervision for residential high-rise tower projects
• Extensive knowledge of substructure and superstructure works
• Expertise in piling and shoring works
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
