About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor building and infrastructure construction sites
- Ensure quality assurance of civil and finishing work according to approved designs
- Interpret structural, architectural, finishing, and exterior elevation drawings
- Supervise construction teams and contractors
- Set and supervise weekly targets and develop site inspection reports
- Ensure HSE compliance and educate workers on safety regulations
- Identify drawing clashes and request decisions
- Maintain tracking sheets and daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Maintain project site photography and ensure site housekeeping
Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience in high-rise buildings
- OR B-Tech or DAE with 10+ years of experience (including 8+ years in high-rise buildings)
- Proven experience in high-rise building construction
