Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Support the preparation of project execution plans and schedules
• Ensure structural designs are accurate and feasible
• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and standards
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for productivity and quality
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety compliance
• Ensure materials, methods, and workmanship meet required specifications and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or civil construction
• 4-6 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and quality control
• Proficiency in site supervision, technical coordination, and documentation
• Ability to solve problems and apply value engineering principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects
