Civil Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete BOQs for Civil and structural works for EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector
• Manage estimations for Civil and Structural construction
• Compile and maintain all supporting documents, including signed NRI, QS sheets, and progress records
• Liaise with Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments
• Prepare Contract Final Measures and applications for Payment at Completion
• Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications
• Coordinate with all project sections regarding quantity measurement, recording, and reporting

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Proven experience working in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience with Pipeline projects
• Experience with ADNOC is considered an advantage
