Civil Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete BOQs for Civil and structural works for EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector
• Manage estimation for Civil and Structural construction
• Compile and maintain all supporting documents, backups, and progress records for executed works
• Liaise with Engineer and Employer quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments
• Prepare Contract Final Measures and applications for Payment at Completion
• Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications
• Coordinate with all project sections regarding quantity measurement, recording, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Proven experience working in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience working on Pipeline projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with ADNOC projects is a significant advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities
