Civil Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from initial concept through construction
• Design project components using Civil 3D and other industry-standard tools
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical specifications and construction documents
• Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets, schedules, and multiple simultaneous projects
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Active P.E. license in Virginia (or ability to obtain licensure in Virginia)
• 6–10 years of civil engineering experience, specifically focused on land development
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and relevant design software
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
