Civil Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects including multi-family, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure.
• Design project portions using relevant office software, modeling, and Civil 3D technology.
• Complete engineering calculations and prepare detailed design plan sets.
• Prepare specifications, materials, and construction cost estimates.
• Manage project accounting, schedules, and budgets for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and internal design teams.
• Supervise the technical work of others and assist in marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related scientific area.
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering specifically related to residential land development.
• Thorough understanding of project accounting and budget management.
• Proficiency with technical and office support software required for civil design.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group conducts business.
