Civil Project Engineer II/III - Land Development

Responsibilities

• Design project portions using relevant office software, modeling, and Civil 3D technology
• Complete engineering calculations and utilize computer modeling to solve complex problems
• Prepare specification materials through research and manufacturing catalogs
• Develop design details and comprehensive plan sets
• Perform research and write objective summary reports for project completion or inspection
• Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates
• Conduct field observation, inspection, and data collection as directed by senior staff
• Communicate effectively with client staff and internal design teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• 2 to 10 years of experience in land development civil engineering (residential, commercial, mixed-use, or public)
• High proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
