Civil Project Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools
• Perform engineering calculations and solve real-world design challenges
• Prepare technical specifications and construction documents
• Conduct research and write objective reports to support project completion
• Assist with cost estimates and construction planning
• Support field inspections and data collection
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in land development engineering (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D is required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• EIT certification
