About the role
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all stages of plaintiff-side litigation
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Manage litigation calendars, court filings, and case files
Requirements
- Prior civil litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with discovery, pleadings, and court filings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Habitability or landlord-tenant litigation experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with California civil litigation procedures
