Civil Foreman

Responsibilities

• Perform civil works including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations, and paving in accordance with approved drawings and ADNOC standards.
• Act as a Job Performer under the ADNOC PTW system, ensuring strict compliance with all permit conditions.
• Ensure HSE requirements, risk assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are understood and followed by the entire work crew.
• Coordinate with Permit Holders, Area Authorities, and the HSE team before and during work execution.
• Monitor work progress, ensure proper use of PPE and equipment, and report any unsafe conditions or deviations.
• Support site inspections, quality checks, and maintain site housekeeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Mandatory ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of civil construction experience specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven experience working inside ADNOC facilities with direct PTW system exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and method statements.
• Strong knowledge of excavation safety, formwork, concrete works, and rebar installation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively supervise diverse work crews.
• A highly disciplined, safety-conscious approach to site management.
