Civil Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the assigned civil works scope, ensuring safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient project execution.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and consortium partners to foster collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS regulations and actively promote a Zero Harm culture on-site.
• Manage deviations, claims, risks, and corrective actions, escalating potential impacts on budget or schedule to site management.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules, ensuring accurate reporting and transparent communication.
• Oversee technical changes and ensure all project and As-Built documentation is properly maintained and handed over.

Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in the execution of complex industrial projects, particularly EPC or Consortium Partner projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and EHS policies and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in both German and English.
• Full willingness to travel worldwide (100%).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in dynamic, multinational environments.
