Responsibilities
- Provide full planning services according to HOAI-LPH 1-9
- Act as client representative, including selection, commissioning, and technical supervision of external planning service providers
- Prepare building permit documents in accordance with BauO NRW and implement official requirements
- Determine and execute structural maintenance projects and measures
Requirements
- Completed technical training or degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Experience in project management, construction management, and site supervision
- Proficiency in CAD, SAP, and MS Office
