Responsibilities

• Manage the inspection team and project monitoring
• Coordinate field activities and inspection team work
• Manage project finances, including current account preparation and measurement report approval
• Analyze and propose decisions on price revisions, additional works, errors, omissions, and deadline extensions
• Prepare and review technical documentation such as reports, procedures, and management plans
• Provide technical support for all Civil Engineering aspects associated with the contract
• Participate in meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering
• Mandatory registration with Ordem dos Engenheiros or OET
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in railway or structural works
• Solid knowledge of technical standards and sector regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in English
• Proven team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
