Civil Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design for municipal water and wastewater projects including feasibility, concept, and detailed design
• Manage flood risk, erosion risk, and sustainable drainage systems
• Act as Designer under CDM 2015 and fulfill Principal Designer responsibilities
• Oversee civil calculations, models, drawings, and reports
• Serve as a senior client-facing technical lead and advisor
• Drive business growth through technical bids and capability building
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the civil engineering team

Requirements

• BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional membership
• Proven track record in the UK regulated water market
• Experience with Civil 3D, hydraulic modelling, GIS, and BIM
• Knowledge of CDM designer responsibilities and sustainable design principles
• Experience with frameworks, alliances, or D&B models
• Strong leadership and business development aptitude
• Right to work in the UK
