Civil Engineer - Renewable Energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver fit-for-purpose civil designs for renewable energy permitting and construction on schedule and within budget
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams in a matrix environment
• Provide technical leadership, including QA/QC oversight of deliverables and resolving complex technical challenges
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and design quality, including progress reporting and change management
• Coordinate design interfaces with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Mentor technical staff and contribute to project proposals and client-facing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
• Minimum of 5 years of professional civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with design software such as GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, or PondPack
