Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform construction administration and supervision for all civil and structural work executed by contractors and subcontractors
• Review shop drawings, product data, samples, and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and provide authoritative interpretations of contract requirements
• Lead Quality Assurance efforts and oversee contractor-led testing and material validation
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit to address field design variations and provide technical guidance
• Prepare detailed material specifications, procurement requisitions, and project daily reports
• Ensure all site works comply with local codes, international regulations, and contractual obligations

Requirements

• Saudi National
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 1 year of direct field experience in the construction of building and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Document and Materials Control Systems (DMCS)

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead work coordination and manage diverse stakeholder expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a collaborative and flexible team player
