About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage projects of average complexity, evaluating and engineering civil systems and products.
- Develop designs using sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and three-dimensional models.
- Prepare and revise documentation including site plans, floor plans, diagrams, and construction details.
- Lead project coordination meetings with internal teams, external consultants, owners, and contractors.
- Perform technical calculations using standard and proprietary software.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on assigned projects.
- Assist senior engineers with project scope, budget, staffing, and scheduling.
- Participate in client requirement meetings, value analysis, and constructability reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with specialized software such as GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, or HydroCAD.
- Strong understanding of National Civil Code, industry standards, and project document production.

- Strong presentation and interview skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and agencies.
