Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all engineering and construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules
• Directly manage, guide, and coordinate labor and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
• Read, understand, and analyze engineering blueprints and detailed drawings
• Contribute to or review engineering design work related to the project
• Participate in material and equipment procurement and quantity estimation
• Prepare quotations and contribute to project cost analysis
• Adhere to quality and safety standards throughout all project stages
• Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in construction projects
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD
• Proficiency in project management software
• Egyptian or Yemeni nationality
• Willingness to work in Riyadh or Najran, Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
