About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise heavy highway maintenance works
- Conduct contractor tender research and participate in drafting agreements and certifications
- Schedule weekly or emergency maintenance tasks
- Log scheduling and work reports in routine maintenance software
- Prepare progress reports for department management
- Perform infrastructure inspections according to contractual obligations
- Coordinate intervention teams and highway contractors
- Supervise and monitor maintenance equipment storage areas
- Monitor the implementation of Health & Safety procedures in the assigned area
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in highway maintenance project supervision
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language
