About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate technical and financial matters of the project
- Prepare pre-measurements for construction works
- Collect specifications for market research and procurement
- Coordinate and monitor contractual obligations of partners, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Collect data for as-built drawings and project registry
- Control, coordinate, and distribute project studies and track modifications
- Participate in drafting and monitoring supplier and subcontractor contracts
- Prepare certifications and accounts for subcontractors
- Collect data for project progress reports and schedule revisions
- Maintain the project diary and archives
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical office or construction site
- Experience in complex construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Very good knowledge of English
