Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility assessments, including site inspections and project viability evaluations
• Prepare and implement detailed project plans aligned with organizational goals
• Provide accurate cost estimations for materials, labor, and project timelines
• Monitor safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance
• Solve technical challenges by providing recommendations and alternative solutions
• Liaise with professional subcontractors and external partners
• Manage budgets, resources, and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate diverse professional teams
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
