Civil Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work to efficiently utilize crew members and equipment
• Oversee crew activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and schedule adherence
• Assist with ground work and all tasks required to build and install sites per customer specifications
• Read and interpret drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, and mounting specs
• Lead tailgate safety meetings and ensure daily PPE inspections and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and trailers in clean and operational condition
• Assist with administrative tasks including timesheets, expense reports, and safety logs
• Supervise all work tasks performed on site, inspecting phases such as grounding, terminations, and fastening

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain DOT physical certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects weighing 50lbs or more
• Ability to pass a background check for government security clearances
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to three to six weeks at a time) and work non-structured schedules
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tower/antenna structures (Self-Support, Guyed towers, monopoles)
• CDL Class A certification
• Equipment certifications for forklifts and boom lifts
• Knowledge of using transits and compasses to set azimuths
