Civil Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision of all related construction activities
• Supervise and lead a crew of 2 to 4 team members
• Maintain project timelines and complete daily site field reports and Job Safety Analysis
• Collect and review on-site closeout documentation
• Perform technical tasks including grounding, terminations, fastening, and cadwelding
• Assist with groundwork, site preparation, and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate and attend permit inspections with local municipalities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience operating equipment such as backhoes, forklifts, and excavators
• Ability to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Successful completion of industrial first aid and rescue training
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and work in extreme weather conditions
• Willingness to travel 80-100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Related trade school education
• 3 to 5 years of experience working on a tower construction crew
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
