Civil Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision of all related construction activities
• Supervise and lead team members, setting clear expectations and goals
• Maintain project timelines and complete daily site field reports
• Complete daily site Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Collect and review on-site closeout documentation for accuracy
• Perform grounding, terminations, fastening, and cadwelding as required
• Assist with groundwork, site coordination, and equipment maintenance
• Attend permit inspections with local municipalities when required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Experience operating equipment such as backhoes, forklifts, and electrical tools
• Excavator experience
• Successful completion of industrial first aid and rescue training
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and work in extreme weather conditions
• Willingness to travel 80-100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Related trade school education
• 3 to 5 years of experience working on a tower construction crew
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
