Civil - Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision for all construction activities, including foundation pouring, fencing installation, and tower maintenance
• Manage a crew of 2 to 4 members, overseeing scheduling, quality, performance, and safety
• Maintain project timelines and complete daily site field reports and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms
• Collect and review all on-site closeout documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Perform technical tasks such as grounding, terminations, fastening, and cadwelding
• Assist with overall crew work, including equipment maintenance and site preparation
• Coordinate and attend permit inspections with local municipalities when required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (related trade school education preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience working on a tower construction crew
• Ability to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes and forklifts
• Electrical experience and successful completion of industrial first aid and rescue training
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel extensively (80-100% of the time) for several months at a time
