Civil - Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision for ground crews during day and night construction activities
• Manage project timelines, crew quality, and safety performance for 2 to 4 members
• Complete daily site field reports and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms
• Collect and review all on-site closeout documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Perform technical tasks including grounding, terminations, fastening, and cadwelding
• Assist with overall site construction including foundation pouring and fencing installation
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and a safe work environment
• Coordinate and attend permit inspections with local municipalities when required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (related trade school education preferred)
• 3 to 5 years of experience working on a tower construction crew
• Ability to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes and forklifts
• Successful completion of industrial first aid and rescue training
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel extensively (80-100%) and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks like stooping, crawling, and bending

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
