Civil - Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in completing jobs in a safe and efficient manner, prioritizing safety above all else
• Participate in daily JHA and tailgate meetings with the crew
• Operate equipment for trenching, foundation excavations, and roadway installs
• Manage tasks including installing rebar, pouring foundations, installing grounding systems, and utility conduits
• Maintain close-out documentation through photography and run test equipment
• Assist with the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and tool inventory
• Stay up to date on all assigned training and certifications

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background, drug testing, DOT physical, and MVR
• Willingness to travel for up to four weeks at a time and work typical weeks of 60 to 80 hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous construction or mechanical experience
• Valid CDL
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications
