Civil Construction Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute civil works in mission-critical environments, respecting technical standards and quality patterns
• Perform inspections of physical structures in laboratories and cleanroom environments
• Supervise the progress of works including technical compliance of infrastructure systems such as raised floors and technical partitions
• Ensure compliance with executive projects, safety standards, access control, and operational procedures
• Prepare technical reports and activity records
• Monitor project schedules alongside the engineering team
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams, engineers, and suppliers

Requirements

• Technical degree in Civil Construction, Building, or related areas
• Proven experience in construction and maintenance in mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, laboratories, etc.)
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical projects (architecture, structure, hydraulic, and electrical)
• Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT, NR10, NR18, NR35)
• Availability to work on a shift or on-call basis if necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with certified environments (Tier III/IV, ISO, etc.)
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and structured cabling systems
• Technical certifications or complementary courses in the mission-critical area
