Civil Construction and Structures Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervision of field activities and contractor work
• Continuous monitoring of work execution on-site
• Organization and permanent follow-up of temporary and permanent works
• Control of site implementation and verification of technical aspects across different work fronts
• Registration and monitoring of contractor activities, including labor allocation, equipment use, and materials applied
• Support the Supervision Director in planning and cost control, specifically regarding measurements
• Participation in meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in railway works or civil engineering structures (obras de arte) preferred
• Solid knowledge of technical standards and construction sector regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and teamwork
