Civil Construction and Structures Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervision of field activities and works developed by the contractor
• Continuous monitoring of work execution on-site
• Organization and permanent monitoring of temporary and permanent works
• Control of site implementation and verification of technical aspects across different work fronts
• Registration and monitoring of contractor activities, including labor allocation, equipment use, and materials applied
• Support the Supervision Director in planning and cost control, specifically in measurements
• Participation in meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in railway works or civil engineering structures (obras de arte)
• Solid knowledge of technical standards and construction sector regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
