Responsibilities

• Prepare reliable and sharp cost price calculations for tenders and projects
• Request, analyze, and assess quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project and tender teams to determine final costs
• Contribute to technical solutions, phasing, and project approach
• Share knowledge to professionalize the field of civil engineering calculation

Requirements

• MBO or HBO diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a calculator or cost expert at a medium to large contractor
• Strong command of the Dutch language
• Solid knowledge of contract management, risk management, and systems engineering
• Accurate, structured, and result-oriented mindset
