Civil CAD Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Prepare site, grading, utility, and roadway plans for land development projects
• Incorporate design updates and revisions based on input from engineers and project managers
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of design documents
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and project documentation
• Support permitting and construction documentation efforts

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for business-related travel
