Civil and Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks related to calculation, verification, and checking for civil and structural engineering within the BECCS project.
• Provide technical support to the Civil and Structural Lead during feasibility and bidding phases.
• Analyze tender documentation and define preliminary calculations for optimized quantity estimation.
• Prepare design specifications for concrete foundations and steel design.
• Develop studies and calculation notes for reinforced concrete, piling works, and steel structures.
• Prepare technical specifications and scope of work (SOW) for soil investigation and topographical surveys.
• Support field engineering and assist with engineering adjustments on-site during construction and start-up.
• Interface with other discipline specialists to coordinate activities and ensure project compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer within the oil and gas sector.
• Fluency in English.
