Civil and Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and engineering execution for proposals and projects within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors
• Develop and implement engineering practices, workflows, and procedures to ensure safe and compliant solutions
• Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and schedules
• Perform technical procurement activities and review/approve vendor documents
• Coordinate training programs for junior engineers and designers within the technical discipline
• Participate in the development of technical standards, specifications, and design criteria
• Provide site assistance by responding to technical queries and attending necessary inspections

Requirements

• MTech, ME, BTech, BE, or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline
• 2 to 18 years of experience in EPC or detail design engineering
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, or Petrochemical sectors
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and manage man-hour estimations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Modularization or Modular design processes
