Civil 3D Modeler/BIM Engineer (Dry & Wet Utilities)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of dry and wet utility systems using Autodesk Civil 3D
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient integration of utility designs into overall project models
• Analyze and optimize utility layouts to improve project efficiency and reduce conflicts
• Create detailed documentation and drawings for construction and stakeholder review
• Implement BIM standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts
• Perform quality control checks on 3D models and associated documentation
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on utility design and modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• In-depth knowledge of dry and wet utility systems and civil infrastructure design
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Navisworks
• Strong engineering background in mechanical and electrical fields
• Knowledge of MEP and HVAC system components

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Civil 3D certification
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East
• Familiarity with GIS software integration
