City Trade Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Act as the visible face of the Bacardi portfolio in the region, representing brands at key trade events and brand programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the top on-trade channel, including bartenders and bar owners.
• Execute portfolio trainings, guest shifts, and bar tours to drive availability, visibility, and quality in key accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the local Sales Team to build awareness and drive sales for premium and incubation portfolios.
• Travel extensively within the region to stay connected with stakeholders and industry influencers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mixologist in nationally recognized top-tier accounts.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
• A wide and established network of industry relationships.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience within the spirits or beverage industry, ideally with a globally relevant brand.
• High levels of self-organization and a willingness to travel frequently.
