City Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end city operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
• Develop strategies for hub expansion and identify optimal locations for new hubs
• Monitor and optimize fleet operations to ensure maximum productivity and utilization
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment, performance tracking, and issue resolution
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and stakeholders
• Analyze city performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety norms, and company policies

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in fleet, logistics, or last-mile operations
• Strong knowledge of the Kolkata geography and local market dynamics
• Familiarity with dark store locations and operational networks across the city
• Excellent planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, dashboards, and basic analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, mobility, logistics, or delivery-based startups
