City Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment
• Lead and supervise a team of cluster Managers and TLs
• Responsible for overall Quality, Productivity, and dark store performance
• Strategic planning, forecasting, and addressing staffing needs
• Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements
• Ensure building health and inventory metrics with best in class quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt best practices
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives
• Manage people development and create a talent pipeline
• Carry out resource planning and reduce capacity constraints

Requirements

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience
