City Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage driver operations, customer service, sales, and marketing activities based on Lalamove standards.
• Execute regional and local partnerships to ensure consistent business user base growth.
• Oversee business development to acquire users and cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
• Identify and enforce best practices to ensure high service standards across all operational metrics.
• Manage financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operating expenses.
• Implement local and global initiatives and SOPs to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• 8+ years of management experience, preferably in a start-up, O2O, eCommerce, or logistics environment.
• Proven management track-record within the UK market.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to break down complex processes to achieve goals.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities and experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong alignment with core values of passion, grit, humility, and execution.
