About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple dark store clusters within the Southern region
- Ensure operational KPIs are met, including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, and shrinkage
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers to drive high team performance and accountability
- Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations
- Analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and drive city-level targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or dark store operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-site operations
- Proven experience in quick commerce, dark stores, or grocery retail environments
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
