About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple dark store clusters within the Southern region
  • Ensure operational KPIs are met, including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, and shrinkage
  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers to drive high team performance and accountability
  • Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations
  • Analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and drive city-level targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or dark store operations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-site operations
  • Proven experience in quick commerce, dark stores, or grocery retail environments
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
