City Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a network of dark stores across Riyadh
• Manage multiple Area Managers
• Accountable for the operational and commercial performance of all stores within the city
• Oversee FMCG and Fresh Produce operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in retail operations, supermarket chains, grocery retail, FMCG, quick commerce, or dark store operations
• Direct experience managing multi-site operations within the FMCG, grocery, supermarket, or dark store industry
• Proven track record of managing Area Managers, Regional Managers, or multiple store locations
• Strong understanding of fresh produce operations, inventory management, and retail performance metrics
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment
