- Lead and oversee a network of dark stores across Riyadh
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to ensure operational excellence
- Drive the commercial and operational performance of FMCG and Fresh Produce categories
- Monitor retail performance metrics and implement strategic improvements
- Ensure efficient inventory management and fresh produce handling across all sites
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in retail, grocery, FMCG, quick commerce, or dark store operations
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations
- Direct experience managing Area Managers, Regional Managers, or multiple store locations
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce operations and inventory management
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
