Responsibilities
- Lead market mapping and new business development to drive customer acquisitions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to client conversion and onboarding
- Deliver effective sales presentations and handle complex negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
- Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions
- Provide customer insights to the Product team to influence internal strategy
- Lead and manage a local team to achieve strategic goals and revenue targets
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B solution enablement or account management experience
- Proven experience in SaaS sales
- Strong business development and consultative selling skills
- History of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
- Experience managing CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
