City Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the London depot, managing charging, cleaning, staging, inspection, and vehicle turnaround
• Own vehicle road-readiness, including planning and executing deliveries from AV partners
• Implement and improve core processes and ensure team accountability to SOPs
• Plan and manage local resources, including staffing, shift planning, and depot capacity
• Drive operational performance to improve efficiency and reduce cost per vehicle
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and AV partner safety standards
• Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and oversee delivery against SLAs
• Support local operations scaling through recruitment and team coordination

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Asset-heavy Mobility Operations, Logistics, or EV fleet operations
• Hands-on experience running depots or managing vehicle fleets
• Experience building and enforcing SOPs
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to operations
• Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and maintenance relationships against SLAs
• Familiarity with London transport and regulatory environments (TfL, DVSA) is a plus
