Citrus Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with and serve pastors and ministry leaders
• Launch new Faith Groups and mobilize local leaders for events and initiatives
• Build a strong network and pastors coalition throughout the territory
• Connect with interested leads and conduct outreach to prospective members
• Equip Christians with organizational resources
• Organize local initiatives and give oral presentations
• Import and organize data and network at events and conferences

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
• Proficiency with X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Passion for conservative ideals and principles
• Proven leadership development experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel 35-50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong religious conviction and active engagement in faith efforts
• Proven skills facilitating civic engagement
• Past or present involvement in conservative organizations
• Previous experience building pastoral networks
