Citizens Teller

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the branch lobby and create amazing service experiences
• Process financial transactions including cash and digital payments accurately
• Demonstrate how to use digital tools such as the mobile app and ATMs
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Connect customers to Bankers for advanced financial needs
• Follow all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding cash handling

Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash or digital)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, including recommending products
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience specifically processing transactions
• Ability to motivate teammates and business partners through collaboration
• Process-oriented, energetic, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
