CIT ATMaaS Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor, log, and escalate incidents for US financial customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage cash replenishment schedules and monitor service compliance to ensure ATMs are loaded per contract.
• Act as a single point of contact and mediator between customers and third-party CIT vendors.
• Coordinate and host customer business review meetings on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Prepare detailed reporting on cash service issues and performance metrics.
• Document all information and incidents within the tracking system (SNOW).
• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing outstanding issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to support US time zones (7am-9pm EST).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ATM operations, bank operations, or retail banking.
• Experience with incident tracking systems like ServiceNow (SNOW).
• A process-improvement and automation-driven mindset.
