Cisco IP Telephony System Engineer - UCCE

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the core Cisco Telecom environment across data centers, stores, and corporate offices
• Configure and provision Call Manager, Cisco Unified Contact Center, Unity, ACME, CER, and CUPS in SIP environments
• Implement Cisco IP Telephony solutions including CVP, ACME SBC, ICM, and VXML Gateways
• Design Cisco Unified CVP solutions for failover protection and high availability
• Create and monitor call routing scripts using the ICM Script Editor utility
• Troubleshoot UCCE/ICM issues using RTTEST, OPCTEST, PROCMON, and DUMPLOG
• Integrate custom-developed and 3rd-party software with Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure
• Document Next Generation 2.0 call flows, scripts, and SOPs for operations teams

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in required technical skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), ICM, CVP, and ACME SBC
• Experience with Call Studio/ICM Scripting
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified CVP VXML solutions and Voice Gateways
• Experience configuring ICM PGs and CTI components in a UCCE environment
• Knowledge of VoIP deployment requirements including QoS, COS, VLANs, and SBCs

Preferred Qualifications

• Partner certifications such as UCCES, UCCED, or UCCEI
• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE-Voice certifications
