Cisco Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and support telecom and collaboration systems including IP Telephony, PSTN/PRI/SIP lines, and ADSL lines
• Manage voice recording and video conferencing systems
• Oversee structured cabling for both internal and external networks
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of telecom systems across all Group locations
• Handle telecom systems and services efficiently for all internal and external users
• Maintain relationships with vendors for telecom hardware and software support
• Collaborate with related departments to achieve Group goals regarding system availability and monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Communications Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom Systems support
• Professional training on relevant telecom systems
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Self-driven with leadership and team-building capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within financial institutions
